what is a portable planetarium?
The planetarium is a dome-shaped fabric structure, inflated by a powerful fan. Audiences come in through a zipped door in the side. Once you’re inside, the fan runs whisper quiet and you can marvel at the scene that is projected onto the inside of the dome. Your presenter will show you beautiful and often mind-boggling things – in fact we can look at pretty much any object in the Universe!
